Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to lead our business development department. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, forging strong partnerships, and expanding market share. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic initiatives, and nurturing key client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
  1. Generate new leads through research, prospecting tools, and outreach via email, phone, and social media.
  2. Qualify leads by conducting needs assessments, identifying decision-makers, and verifying budget and authority.
  3. Support the Accounts team in closing deals by scheduling meetings, coordinating demos, and providing product information.
  4. Analyze sales data such as conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue, and report on these metrics to the sales leadership team.
  5. Promote the company’s services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  6. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  7. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  8. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions.
  9. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform business strategies.

Skills Required
  • Experience: 2 - 5 Years
  • Able to work in Evening Shift
  • Proven track record of success in business development and accounts management, with a minimum of years of experience in senior leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences (BSCS/SE) or other related fields
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for driving growth and innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
