We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to lead our business development department. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, forging strong partnerships, and expanding market share. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic initiatives, and nurturing key client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through research, prospecting tools, and outreach via email, phone, and social media.
- Qualify leads by conducting needs assessments, identifying decision-makers, and verifying budget and authority.
- Support the Accounts team in closing deals by scheduling meetings, coordinating demos, and providing product information.
- Analyze sales data such as conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue, and report on these metrics to the sales leadership team.
- Promote the company’s services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform business strategies.
Skills Required
- Experience: 2 - 5 Years
- Able to work in Evening Shift
- Proven track record of success in business development and accounts management, with a minimum of years of experience in senior leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences (BSCS/SE) or other related fields
- Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
