We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Executive to support our day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling general administrative duties, maintaining records, managing filing systems, and assisting with routine tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties to support the office's daily operations.
- Ensure all data is filed systematically in both digital and physical formats for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all sensitive information and transactions.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for basic office needs.
- Assist in the procurement of office supplies and inventory management.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant software for financial management.
- Assist in any other administrative tasks as required by the management.
Skills Required
- Proven experience 1-2 Years in a similar administrative role is required.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to handle cash responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel locally for bank visits and other outdoor tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
