We are looking for a highly driven and experienced App Growth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling consumer apps, driving user acquisition, and optimizing for revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills in growth marketing, performance campaigns, and analytics.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and own the growth strategy for the app, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Utilize analytics and attribution tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, etc.) to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
- Define key growth KPIs, build dashboards, and report actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Design, and Engineering) to optimize user journeys and conversion funnels.
- Identify and test new growth opportunities, emerging platforms, and innovative strategies to keep ahead of market trends.
- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI across campaigns.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring alignment with organizational growth goals.
Skills Required
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in app growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing (consumer app experience preferred).
- Strong expertise in paid media channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Proven track record of scaling apps through data-driven growth strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of analytics & attribution platforms such as Firebase, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
