We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Associate Sales Development Representative to help us grow our client base. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. The goal is to drive sustainable revenue growth by generating leads, nurturing prospects, and contributing to overall sales success.
Job Responsibilities
  1. Conduct research to identify new markets and potential customers.
  2. Generate leads by building strong and professional client relationships.
  3. Create and refine proposals for both existing and new clients.
  4. Schedule and arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  5. Promote the company’s services by understanding and addressing client needs.
  6. Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support.
  7. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Skills Required
  • Experience: Fresh – 1 Year
  • Ability to work in the Evening Shift
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to software development processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Knowledge of online freelancing portals is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS/SE) or a related field
