We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IT Compliance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing the processes and standards of our organization to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of organizational processes to assess compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Planning and preparing organization for ISO standards
- Liaison with internal team for deep understanding of internal processes and defining the SOPs accordingly
- Cross department coordination and resolving the conflicts
- Conducting internal audit, issuance of regular compliance reports and managing external audits
- Working knowledge and experience of compliance with IT, Datacenters, Developers, Engineering and Operation departments
- Identify areas of non-compliance or potential risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of audit findings and compliance assessments.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing audit results and presenting recommendations to management.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and standards relevant to the organization's industry.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members on compliance-related matters.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and regulatory agencies during audits or inspections.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 Years of Industrial experience.
- Proven experience in auditing and compliance roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
