We are seeking a highly motivated Business Developer, who will be responsible for generating effective sales strategies on LinkedIn. The successful candidate will develop and execute a LinkedIn marketing and business development strategy that drives engagement, leads, and revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of the LinkedIn platform, marketing techniques, and excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn marketing and business development plan aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, and use that information to create targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Leverage LinkedIn tools and features to create effective lead generation campaigns, including sponsored content, sponsored InMail, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create sales enablement materials, such as presentations, case studies, and testimonials, to support LinkedIn outreach efforts.
  • Analyze and report on LinkedIn campaign performance, including tracking KPIs such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn best practices and industry trends, and incorporate that knowledge into future campaigns and strategies.

Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 6 Months - 1 Year of experience in LinkedIn marketing and business development, including a strong understanding and deep interest in LinkedIn tools and features, with a desire to learn and grow in this field.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing LinkedIn marketing and lead generation campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and revenue.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and build relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
