BrainX Technologies is looking for an HR Manager whose responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies, and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops, and retains qualified employees.
Job Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Review departmental budgets.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Skills Required
  • 8 Years - 12 Years of experience is required. (Should have experience only in software house)
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager.
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, IT, or relevant degree.
  • People-oriented.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems.
  • Ability to devise strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
