We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven IT Administrator with 2-5 years of experience to manage our company’s IT infrastructure. The role includes upgrading and installing software and hardware, effectively resolving IT issues, and maintaining company servers and networks. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to optimize IT performance and hands-on experience in managing technical infrastructure to enhance system efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervising and maintaining networks and servers of the company.
- Performing tasks related to up-gradation, installation, and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Executing procedures to avert potential threats and implement security protocols.
- Generating new user accounts and performing access control.
- Manage and monitor inventory of all software, hardware, and applications.
- Executing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to enhance computer systems.
- Supervising IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
- Manages the daily IT operations for local network systems and performs diagnostics.
- Maintains documentation of work completed and in progress, updates the network to record installations, upgrades, configurations, etc.
- Remediate the operational and technical issues on a priority basis or in a critical environment.
- Keeping up to date the company’s IT infrastructure with best practices and advancements.
- Should be able to perform other IT Administration tasks.
Skills Required
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in BSCS/SE/IT
- At least 2 years to 5 years experience in related job fields.
- Board experience in IT infrastructures, systems, networks, and IT-related technologies.
- Good at troubleshooting issues with computer/network systems.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT infrastructures and administration.
- Unique leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
