We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to support our growing organization. Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Assist in employer branding efforts and participate in career fairs or networking events.

Skills Required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience is required
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, IT, or a relevant degree
  • Strong understanding of various technology stacks, programming languages, and IT roles.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
