Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and job requirements.
- Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.).
- Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
- Assist in employer branding efforts and participate in career fairs or networking events.
Skills Required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience is required
- BSc in Human Resources Management, IT, or a relevant degree
- Strong understanding of various technology stacks, programming languages, and IT roles.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
