We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Trainer to join our team. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs for employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong training background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for educating others.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises, tailored to software engineering concepts and technologies.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on various technical topics, both in-person and remotely.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different audiences, including beginners, intermediate users, and advanced practitioners.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies, tools, and trends in the industry to ensure training materials and methods remain current and relevant.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating continued learning.
- Monitor trainee progress and performance, tracking completion rates and proficiency levels to ensure training objectives are met.
- Assist in the development of certification programs and credentials for technical skills and competencies.
- Maintain training records and documentation, including attendance logs, training schedules, and performance assessments.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-2 Years of Industrial experience as a Technical Trainer.
- Proven experience as a software engineer, with a strong technical background in software development and engineering principles.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and understandable.
- Proficiency in training delivery methods and techniques
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
